Term Time Holiday Requests

With effect from 1 September 2013 new regulations for term-time holiday requests mean that the headteacher will not be able to grant any absence during term-time unless there are exceptional circumstances.

To request any leave of absence for your child, the form below must be completed and returned to the Headteacher prior to the requested leave.
