The book marked 'core' is fully phonetically decodable and your child should be able to read this without too much help. The expectation is that your child reads daily and that their reading record book is also filled in. This will allow us to see how they are getting on with their reading at home. Please return their reading folder each day as we listen to every child each week and change their reading books weekly. Please remember that Reading Bingo books are to be shared- there is no expectation that your child reads them themselves.
